October 10, 2011 Public Hearing-Board of Appeals
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Rosendale Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 10, 2011 at the Town Hall at N8472 County Road M. They will consider granting an application for a variance for a parcel located in the NE1/4 NE1/4 of section 33 in the Town of Rosendale. Said parcel is located at W10940 Rose Eld Road and is 32.27 acres. The parcel is zoned A-1 agricultural and owned by Dean and Laura Coehoorn. The owners would like to sell one of the houses (W10920 Rose Eld Road) to their son. The lots would not meet the setback requirements or the acreage of the Town of Rosendale Zoning Ordinance. Interested persons are invited to attend this hearing.
