May 11, 2010 Public Hearing-Variance
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Rosendale Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at the Town Hall at N8472 County Road M. They will consider granting an application for a variance for a parcel located in the SW¼ SW¼ of section 10 in the Town of Rosendale. Said parcel is located on Oak Road and is 8.22 acres. The parcel is zoned A-1 agricultural and owned by Curt and Gwen DeHaan. The owners would like to tear down an existing building and put up a garage. The new building would not meet the setback requirements of the Town of Rosendale Zoning Ordinance. Interested persons are invited to attend this hearing.
