2011 Bid Requirements and Specifications for Town of Rosendale
Road Maintenance and Repair
1) Bids must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. Friday, July 29, 2011. Bids received after that date and time will not be opened or considered. Bids will be publicly opened at the August Town Board meeting. The contract may or may not be awarded at this time.
2) Bids must be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope "Sealed Road Bid".
3) Bids should be sent to: Town of Rosendale

4) The Town of Rosendale reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
5) The list is as follows:
a.) Hickory Road from County FF south-1 mile by 21 feet, seal coat, chip and roll
b.) Forest Lane from Springbrook Road north-.5 mile by 21 feet, seal coat, chip and roll
