November 10, 2009 Special Meeting
A Special Meeting of the Rosendale Town Board was held on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at the Rosendale Town Hall. The agenda for this meeting was posted at the Town Hall on the bulletin board and front door, at Player’s Bar & Grill and on the website www.townofrosendalewi.com.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Tracy Swayze at 6:30 p.m. Supervisors Jeffrey Miller and Ronald Goeden as well as Clerk/Treasurer Roxanne Tarnow were present. There were 6 electors and no guests present. A motion was made by Supervisor Miller and seconded by Supervisor Goeden to approve the agenda. Motion carried (3ayes).
The Town Board went over the 2009 pavement ratings as required under Wisconsin State Statute 86.302(2). It requires town boards and counties to submit pavement ratings to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation by December 15th of odd years. Clerk Tarnow will forward the information to the Wisconsin Department of Transpotation.
A motion was made by Supervisor Miller and seconded by Supervisor Goeden to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried (3ayes). The meeting duly adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
