May 12, 2009 Public Hearing Meeting
The Public Hearing of the Town of Rosendale was held on May 12, 2009 at the Rosendale Town Hall. The agenda for this hearing was posted at the Town Hall on the bulletin board and the front door, at Player’s Bar & Grill and on the website www.townofrosendalewi.com.
The Public Hearing was called to order by Supervisor Jeffrey Miller at 7:00 p.m. Supervisor Ronald Goeden as well as Clerk/Treasurer Roxanne Tarnow were present. There were 5 electors, 0 property owners and 5 guests present. A motion was made by Supervisor Goeden and seconded by Supervisor Miller to approve the agenda. Motion carried (2 ayes).
Rosendale Dairy has submitted an application for a conditional use permit to reconstruct a portable ready mix plant for the 2nd phase of construction of the dairy. The parcels are located in the NE ¼ SW ¼ and the SE ¼ SW ¼ of section 9 in the Town of Rosendale. The parcels are located along County Highway M and Triangle Road. They would operate under the same conditions as last year, which were:
-1 year permit
-To work during hours of daylight. If there are complaints of noise to early they will not operate before 6:00 a.m.
-The Town Board reserves the right to amend the permit if safety and health issues arise. If the problems can’t be worked out then another meeting will be held.
A motion was made by Supervisor Goeden to grant the conditional use permit to Rosendale Dairy for the portable ready mix plant and seconded by Supervisor Miller. Motion carried (2 ayes).
A motion was made by Supervisor Goeden and seconded by Supervisor Miller to adjourn the Public Hearing. Motion carried (2 ayes).
The Public Hearing duly adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
