December 14, 2010 Monthly Board Meeting
The regular meeting of the Rosendale Town Board was held on December 14, 2010 in the Rosendale Town Hall. The agenda for this meeting was posted at the Town Hall on the bulletin board, C & S Player’s LLC and on the town website: www.townofrosendalewi.com.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Tracy Swayze at 7:30 p.m. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Supervisors Jeffrey Miller and Ronald Goeden as well as Clerk/Treasurer Roxanne Tarnow were present. There were 7 electors and 1 guest present. A motion was made by Supervisor Miller and seconded by Supervisor Goeden to approve the agenda. Motion carried (3 ayes). The minutes of the November 9, 2010 meeting were read by the clerk. A motion was made by Supervisor Miller and seconded by Supervisor Goeden to approve the minutes. Motion carried (3 ayes).

CORRESPONDENCE
-None at this time
TREASURER’S REPORT
-The financial report was given by Clerk/Treasurer Tarnow. Vouchers 9258 thru 9277 were paid for a total disbursement of $ 47,750.13. A motion was made by Supervisor Miller and seconded by Supervisor Goeden to approve the financial report as given and to pay the vouchers. Motion carried (3 ayes).

OLD BUSINESS
-None at this time.
NEW BUSINESS
David Nitz, Building Inspector for the Town of Rosendale has submitted his contract for the 2011 year. There are no changes to his contract and have been no problems with him as building inspector. A motion was made by Supervisor Miller and seconded by Supervisor Goeden to renew David Nitz’s contract. Motion carried (3 ayes).
AGENDA ITEMS FOR NEXT MEETING
-Update on vacating town roads.
-Review Ripon Truck contract
Next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 11, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. at the town hall.
A motion was made by Supervisor Miller and seconded by Supervisor Goeden to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried (3 ayes). The meeting was duly adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
