August 3, 2010 Monthly Board Meeting
The regular meeting of the Rosendale Town Board was held on August 3, 2010 in the Rosendale Town Hall. The agenda for this meeting was posted at the Town Hall on the bulletin board and at C & S Player’s LLC and on the town website: www.townofrosendalewi.com.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Tracy Swayze at 7:45 p.m. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Supervisor Ronald Goeden as well as Clerk/Treasurer Roxanne Tarnow were present. There were 6 electors and 1 guest present. A motion was made by Supervisor Goeden and seconded by Chairman Swayze to approve the agenda. Motion carried (2 ayes). The minutes of the July 13, 2010 meeting were read by the clerk. A motion was made by Supervisor Goeden and seconded by Chairman Swayze to approve the minutes. Motion carried (2 ayes).
PUBLIC COMMENTS
-None at this time.
CORRESPONDENCE
-None at this time.
TREASURER’S REPORT
-The financial report was given by Clerk/Treasurer Tarnow. Vouchers 9185 thru 9191were paid for a total disbursement of $ 5,651.50. A motion was made by Supervisor Goeden and seconded by Chairman Swayze to approve the financial report as given and to pay the vouchers. Motion carried (2 ayes).

REPORTS
-The surveyor is still working on the roads that the town would like to vacate.
-Scott Construction has wedged Hickory Lane and the intersection of Oak and Triangle Roads. If the weather permits it will be seal coated on Thursday or Friday. Kopplin and Kinas has replaced the culverts but they need to be graded and have the asphalt done. They are a few potholes that Chairman Swayze will let the road maintenance man know about.

OLD BUSINESS
-None at this time.
NEW BUSINESS
-Pickett Steam Engine & Gas Club has submitted an Operator’s License for Steve Briese. The necessary paperwork is on file and the fees have been paid. A motion was made by Supervisor Goeden and seconded by Chairman Swayze to issue the Operator’s License for Steven Briese. Motion carried (2 ayes).
AGENDA ITEMS FOR NEXT MEETING
-Update on vacating roads
Next meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 13, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. at the town hall.
A motion was made by Supervisor Goeden and seconded by Chairman Swayze to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried (2 ayes). The meeting was duly adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
