April 5, 2010 Special Meeting-Road Inspection
A Special Meeting of the Rosendale Town Board was held on Monday, April 5, 2010 at the Rosendale Town Hall. The agenda for this meeting was posted at the Town Hall on the bulletin board, Player’s Bar & Grill and on the website www.townofrosendalewi.com.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Tracy Swayze at 8:05 a.m. Supervisors Jeffrey Miller and Ronald Goeden were present. There were 0 electors and 0 guests present. A motion was made by Supervisor Miller and seconded by Supervisor Goeden to approve the agenda. Motion carried (3ayes).
The Town Board did the annual road inspection. Road work to get bids on:
Rose Eld at Hill, south side to west-clean ditch and put pot hole in field across road
Hickory Road (1 mile)-wedge and seal
Hickory Lane (.25-.30 mile)-wedge and seal
Sam Crest-seal
Zoar Road-wedge and seal small ends that were not done
Triangle Road (2 sections-total 1 mile)-seal coat
Oak Road and Triangle-redo intersection
Rose Eld Road-extend culvert by Wiese Pond
Oak Road-replace large culvert
Olden Road-replace culvert
Town Hall Parking Lot-seal coat
Springbrook Road-dirt near S curve
A list was made of miscellaneous repairs for the town’s road maintenance man to do. Cleaning out culverts and repairing some ends, removing culvert markers were not needed and replacing broken ones, disposing of trash beside roadways, etc.
A motion was made by Supervisor Miller and seconded by Supervisor Goeden to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried (3ayes). The meeting duly adjourned at 12:45 p.m.
