Rosendale Town Board Special Meeting April 4, 2009
A Special Meeting of the Rosendale Town Board was held on April 4, 2009 at the Rosendale Town Hall. The agenda for this meeting was posted at the Town Hall on the bulletin board and front door, at Player’s Bar & Grill and on the website www.townofrosendalewi.com.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Tracy Swayze at 7:30 a.m. Supervisors Jeffrey Miller and Ronald Goeden as well as Clerk/Treasurer Roxanne Tarnow were present. There were no electors or guests present. A Public Celebration/Event Permit Application was submitted for Pickett Steam Engine & Gas Club for a Swap Meet and Toy Show on Saturday, April 18, 2009. They are expecting around 250 people and will run the event from 6:00 a.m. to 5: 00 p.m. The Sherriff’s Department has been notified and a First Responder will be on site. They did not apply for a temporary beer license for this event. A motion was made by Supervisor Miller and seconded by Supervisor Goeden to approve the Public Celebration/Event Permit Application. Motion carried (3 ayes).
A motion was made by Supervisor Miller and seconded by Supervisor Goeden to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried (3ayes). The meeting duly adjourned at 7:35 a.m.
