Latest Meeting Minutes
The regular meeting of the Rosendale Town Board was held on July 13, 2010 in the Rosendale Town Hall. The agenda for this meeting was posted at the Town Hall on the bulletin board and at C & S Player’s LLC and on the town website: www.townofrosendalewi.com.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Tracy Swayze at 7:30 p.m. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Supervisor Ronald Goeden as well as Clerk/Treasurer Roxanne Tarnow were present. There were 4 electors and 1 guest present. A motion was made by Chairman Swayze and seconded by Supervisor Goeden to approve the agenda. Motion carried (2 ayes). The minutes of the June 8, 2010 meeting were read by the clerk. A motion was made by Chairman Swayze and seconded by Supervisor Goeden to approve the minutes. Motion carried 23 ayes).
PUBLIC COMMENTS
-None at this time.
CORRESPONDENCE
-The town received a copy of the Fond du Lac County Resolution Revising Shoreland Zoning Maps. A copy of the resolution and an updated map are available for inspection in the clerk’s office.
-The town received a copy of the Fond du Lac County Agricultural Impact Statement for Highway 44. The statement is available for inspection in the clerk’s office.
TREASURER’S REPORT
-The financial report was given by Clerk/Treasurer Tarnow. Vouchers 9171 thru 9180 were paid for a total disbursement of $ 10,721.72. A motion was made by Chairman Swayze and seconded by Supervisor Goeden to approve the financial report as given and to pay the vouchers. Motion carried (2 ayes).

REPORTS
-Jacob Land Surveying has the information on vacating town roads. He is in the process of going through all the paperwork and will have a report to us before our August meeting. He feels confident that he will be finished with his end of the project by mid to late September. From there everything goes to the town attorney for him to look over. Then the roads need to be published and a public hearing held.
-The following building permits were issued:

OLD BUSINESS
-CenturyLink-Application/Notification for 2010/2011 Construction tabled until August meeting.
NEW BUSINESS
-Clerk Tarnow will be on vacation for the August meeting so is suggesting that the date be moved. Also the September 14, 2010 meeting falls on an election so that needs to be rescheduled. The August meeting will be rescheduled to Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. and the September meeting is rescheduled for Monday, September 13, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. Clerk Tarnow to put changes on website and publish them in the paper.

A motion was made by Chairman Swayze and seconded by Supervisor Goeden to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried (2 ayes). The meeting was duly adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
